not much authentic chinese food in North America though. And by non-authentic, I don't mean slightly different. I mean meals that the chinese actually don't eat, lol.
Most of us probably never had any.
Couple places in TO serve it. 30 or so in Vancouver. And NYC and SF have a lot of em. But outside of that there probably aren't many

Their noodle game is just insane
And each Chinese province has a lot of different great meals.

Absolutely top 3 food.

chinese food is a tier or two below greek food, especially if we bring greek snacks/dessert into the mix
