Not to go off on too much of a tanget but my uncle used to eat eggs over extra light. Like, 20 seconds on one side and 10 on the other. They were barely even white. He'd slurp them off the plate. The thought of it makes me want to throw up.

A great grill dessert -- halve some peaches, brush them with some olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook them 'til they're warm and have grill marks. Pull them off the grill, drizzle them with honey and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Serve warm.
