however, because i was seated on the 2nd floor of the establishment and had to go back downstairs to fill my drink cup (iced tea) the tin foil the burger was wrapped in acted like a mini oven and allowed the cheese to melt around the bacon and the grilled mushrooms and grilled onions that garnished the burger. it made a big difference.

i dunked the cajun fries in mayo.
