I was thinking the same thing when I first heard about it. But seriously, the beer and vodka/gin mixes great with it. It tastes just like a strong lemonade. Its extremely easy to drink to much of this poop. Trust me....  |

Get a pitcher, fill 1/2 with Guinness or Murphy's, add 3-4 glugs Stoli Vanilla, 3-4 glugs Kahlua, 3-4 glugs Coca Cola and some milk. Pour over ice, repeat and reserve a cab in 5 hours.
Note: And try not to beat up the Cab driver over $.20 you (frank)ing douchebag. |

Well, vodka + beer hurts, but since it's stout and since there's caffeine in it, I'd say there's a considerably stronger drunk effect to headache and need for greasy breakfast effect. |
