If you're from the South, chances are the turtle neck's in full effect. Midwest it's about 50/50. NE you're most likely trimmed.

Have no idea what those Canadian heathens do to it. Don't much care.

I was raised with no religious affiliation, son of a Methodist-born father and an Anglican-born mother. Do either of those religions mandate a helmet? Nope, but I was born in a hospital in the NE and it's common practice, since there are so many people there who actually care.

In the south, a heathen would be less likely to be clipped since it's not something most of the people there care about.

This is male mutilation based purely on regression to the mean over a given geography.

The health element was already discredited by the time I popped out as well.
