i am all for zoning laws but in some cases no . if there wasnt we would have people painting homes yellow orange flourescent colors etc.. fences looking like rainbows etc... u get the point.

I rather allow people to do what they want on the outside, at least then strangers would ask them what the hell is wrong with them. Instead this people paint the inside of their houses like a (frank)ing rainbow and none of their friends has the guts to ask them what the (frank).

i aint allowing any mofo to paint those colors on fences near me or next to me , bring down my property value. People looking to buy do not wanna live by people who are koo koo. Best better left inside the home. i always wondered people painting their inner walls of their homes lime green bright pink and shiit brown in everyroom. Like every room has a color what happen to 2 tone walls or 3 even. But 7 or 8 different colors in a home is a open invitation to have a perma fried acidhead buyer.

How is copper for noise? Also towards the next post, I'm not a fan of cedar shingles. They look nice but they age quicker then a hot chick.

Copper is great for noise, and pretty much no maintenance either. The only downfall is, like I said, cost.

Scares me sometimes. One of the reasons I hate taking on helpers, you never know what jagoff will try and sue you for something. I spend a boatload on insurance every year, but it seems people will try and sue for almost anything.

Try managing. Pretty scary what you can be held accountable for. I document the poop out of everything for due dillegence purposes. And now Ontario has this violence and bullying in the workplace legislation coming in June, which means duty to act on "suspiscion" of any bullying or violence both on the premises or outside of work.

Shiny and dull. Copper is copper. It's coated to prevent the oxidization and weathering effects that turn it green (a la the statue of Liberty) but eventually it will dull. You'd probably be dead by the time it would be really dull.

Looks tacky and cheap to me. The flat parts look okay but the rounded parts look antique like.
