I wouldn't say Way better... but it was better. Lots of similarities between the two though, and not only because of Leo. In any case they're my top 2 of the year so far. |

Have you thought yet about what secret it was that the Japanese guy had at the beginning that they never did find out? or do you think that maybe the secret was the plot he was hatching? The more I think about that movie, the more possibilities seem to happen. mind scrambler. |

how about this then: his totem was actually hers originally...and several scenes in the movie never show whether or not the top stops spinning....
(frank) I have to watch it again. |

I did watch it again, theres only one point in the movie leading up to the end that it doesn't stop spinning, and that's after he's in the drug den thing.
But yea, the fact that he doesn't have his own totem really makes you doubt the validity of the one he's using.
And in some of his dreams, the kids are wearing different clothes. |

I don't think that secret means much in the end, it's a business secret that was well hidden because of the japanese guy's training.
I kinda wish they had used more of the paradoxical architecture in the movie, the 2 scenes with it are pretty cool. |

i saw it
alot of it i liked, alot of it i thought could have been better executed
became too action-movie at times which, to me, took away from the feelings of paranoia/creepyness that should have been explored more.
but there were some great moments, for sure |

You had to be retarded to not have that movie figured out within the first 20 minutes. Once you have it figured out, it's boring as hell (shutter island). |

I have to say, DiCaprio is one of the worst actors in the industry today. He's like Keanu, he picks his movies wisely so they'll be good despite him. Every time I see DiCaprio in a movie, I am totally aware he is acting and it bugs me. |
