I have them at my house too. Their poop looks exactly like my dogs' food, so they see it and eat it, then look up at me with this "Did I...did I just eat poop?" look.

there's this one northern italian rabbit dish that i love. i've had it with chicken thighs and it was just as good so we do that now instead.

I prefer that over the actual book getting scratched over time personally. If you take the dust cover off before reading it won't start curling/warping though and scratches become the only real damage. They're part of why I like hardcovers. Making the actual book glossy and printing on it would just remind me of texbooks. (frank) textbooks.
