Re-fried Spaghetti - left over spaghetti, olive oil in a hot pan, cook until warm and a little crispy, then pour an omelet batter made of 1 or 2 eggs in and mix until egg cooks.

you'd prob like spaghetti pizza .. left over spaghetti formed on a pizza pan and topped with pizza toppings and baked.
