I cooked fresh pasta, made some pesto and tossed it with leftover roasted chicken from yesterday. Bit of olive oil, Romano and lemon over the top.

the sauce application resembles some sort of shoe in-sole.

sorry kick, but it skeeves me to see a patch of sauce just sitting on top of pasta like that. id have mixed that poop up before it ever hit the plate. the white, unsauced pasta along the edges just looks cold and dead to me.
