i agree with you all re: traditional stuffed shells.

however, i will say that on special occassions at work when people bring in food, they are usually one of the options - and the safest selection, imo. i never regret choosing them over most of the other slop people bring in.

Honestly, I'm not even anti-stuff shells. I felt the presentation was sloppy on those - if you're gonna take a pic of it, at least set it up with some love.

I'm not big on cream-based sauces. I suspect it has something to do with my lack of homosexuality or my love for tomatoes but for some reason I never favor them.
