it's definitely got its own taste. i am at a loss for what i could compare it to.

texture wise it can come off as being a little mushy sometimes.

it really is kind of shocking that you've never tried it. i figured everyone had tried it. it's almost unavoidable.

but ya seriously tao, its like the meat of the veggie world. awesome when lightly breaded and even grilled or roasted. start with a nice eggplant parm sandwich

when Mrs.dt was putting the leftovers in a tupperware I took it and dumped the content in the compost bin without a single word.
