imo, its the lack of grooves that makes it less appealing to modern day eaters.


speaking of grooves i prefer straight grooves in my rigatoni as opposed to spiral grooves.

spaghetti is my least favourite pasta linguini and fettuccine are superior in every way because they are not the worst pasta which is what spaghetti is

as stated in the official pasta record previously, i do not eat boxed/dried spaghetti. only fresh/frozen.
