i am going to walk.

i asked my doctor what i can do since i am too much of a crippled pussie to do any real exercise.

he told me to walk around the block and stuff.

if you cut all fast food (that includes wawa) and all soda/monster you would lose without exercise

I had tetrazini the other night and it was made with chicken and spaghetti noodles, I was like wtf, I always thought tetrazini was turkey with linguine noodles.

The chicken was a little dry but otherwise it wasn't bad. Sorry I neglected to snap a pic.

adge is on a loss cycle, pisses me off how easy it is for him, he has lost 40 lbs

I cut my calories by about 400, doubled my fiber intake, and am making my own food almost exclusively. Also going to gym 2-3 days a week, doing yoga 2x a week.

Wife is in a job that basically prevents her for eating 12 hours at a time, and goes to the gym (with a private trainer) 4x a week.

I've lost 6 pounds and added a fair amount of muscle. Best shape of my life since I was in high school playing sports all year.

She's staying about even.

She secretly hates me, I think.
