Dude, I've made candied bacon a couple of times. It's so damn good. Just cook it in the over, cover the bacon in brown sugar and maple syrup (cinnamon as well if that's your thing, but I hate that stuff) and then flip them over and cover the other side in brown sugar and maple syrup.

You'll be the coolest guy at any party you bring it to. You'll also might have heart failure if you eat it all to yourself
