I am truly ashamed my hometown paper for the article on ex-Supervisor Dorothy Vislosky, who did not attend the last meeting of the Falls Township board for medical reasons.

This article was appalling. To let critics wearing T-shirts with pictures of witches on them bash someone leaving township service was bad enough, but then to put this picture in the paper was even worse. However, I am glad that you at least provided the names of the three in those shirts. I am going to save this article, pictures included, for voting time. It shows the maturity level of those involved which is sadly lacking.

To Debbie, Samantha and Arlene: "Please grow up and respect those who have gone before you." You should be ashamed for acting this way.

Even President Obama had the good sense not to publicly bash his predecessor. Dorothy Vislosky gave much of her life to Falls Township. She fought for what she believed to be right and fair. She fought for "we the people" and although you may not have agreed with her on certain issues, she fought for honesty in the township government. She fought loudly, and this is why there was conflict, and confrontation.

Because you have shamefully forgotten to thank her for that, and for her many years of service, but instead have decided to publicly display your immaturity, I thank her. I honor her for what she has tried to accomplish. I and many more like me are grateful to her and wish her the very best. She has done us well and we are grateful.

The rest of you? Shame on all of you. You have now publicly displayed Falls Township supervisors as being immature, disrespectful, and childishly petty.
