Bob prefers the obscur deals that no one sees coming. Any rumours citing inside info from the Bell Centre are bullpoop.

As for signings, we will end up with Marcel Hossa, Pavel Bure, Keith Gretzky and Rob Niedermeyer.

They are not BS, they may very well be standing in the Bell center, or near it when they make up the rumors in their heads. This way atleast they are partial right.

Anyways I'll write this again.

I haven't talked to any of the rabid Oil fans yet, but they streets weren't rampant with Chaos and Destruction Last night or this morning. It might change later this afternoon when they wake up, but I think Oil fans are getting used to being spurned.

When I got home last night I told the Wife, the oil made a trade, they got rid of Cogs Smid and Penner.

Ya, they are a decent set of young guys minus Penner, but they got a real good scorer who has been plagued with Personel issues his whole career.
-Where is he from? Cuz he might just pull a Pronger, no one wants to live here.
No he grew up in Calgary and had to waive a No-trade class so he had last say where he was going I am sure it will be fine, and he doesn't have a Wife to ask for a trade either.

Not straight up, but Montreal needs to prepare a package for Vinny and Gomez is a major piece. Rumors are rumors though my friend, keep it in mind.

He would've (and still could) helped that Habs team from the Gainey era.

Looking back at those lineups... holy (frank) ! Soft, small, terrible...

I was shocked when I saw the deal. Actually, pissed is a better description.

But then I got to thinking. At this exact moment, who obtained the better player in the deal? We did, hands down. The future will pass judgment on Higgins and McDonaugh. We will also see if the Rangers gave up too soon on their players.

We have been criticizing Bob for seemingly sitting on his ass and he pulls this one out of the blue. The cap hit sucks but we obtained a really good centreman, who is an upgrade over Koivu, Pleks, Lapierre and yes, even Metro.

The night is not over and according to Boivin, we are spending to close to the cap so let the good times roll.

P.S. I promise to wait until 2:00 p.m. before torching Gainey's Hummer.
