WTF G!!!! Is this actually sense coming from a Bruin fan to the aid of the Habs... ...I kid, I kid. Did Lucic bodycheck you that hard or what!?!?!...
I do agree with your perspective though. - JoeStar1
I'm happy with the Gomez acquisition. He is better than koivu hands down.
Let's see what else Gainey has in store for us before we call for his head. |

Seriously, many scouts where saying that our best D prospect was Webber then Subban then McDonaugh. I dont know, i haven;t seen any games from McDo.... but from what i could read, he wasn't the complete package deal. Am i pissed about losing a top prospect ? Of course. I would've prefered a deal like Ryder Halak and a 2nd... but i guess that's just daydreaming. |

hockeysfuture had him at 1. and he was different. he was all around. Weber and SUbban are offense only.
anyway, i'm out for the night, probably receiving a ban for dressing down that malignant tumour of an Oiler fan, but i just want to say this trade sucks, and Bob got his pants puled down and spanked by Sather.
we should all be furious. |

Just curious.... How many gas cans will it take to torch Gainey, his "management team" and anyone else involved in giving this deal the green light? I need to know if I should just hijack a tanker truck.

On another note... the last time we traded with NYR, we ended up winning a trade that many didn't like at first. |

Wow you guys are fu+king idots, female dog two years ago when he didnt get him or dury or berie and yes it was the same money. So he now trades for him and theres the female dogn again. Your like a old lady.
I like higgins but the the word is he wasnt taken the offer and looking to go to abritration.
A prospect is just that till hes proven in the nhl, wasnt shown that his time was coming any time soon so lets see if its greener on the other side for him.
Scott is the type of guy that will be a good leader, learned from some of the best in NJ and will get back to that type of player again now that hes out of that mess in NY.
Its one day away from the flood gates and you idiots thinks its over.
Heres an idea, if you want a french Canadian super star go watch tampa, there in need of fans big time. - dav12389

DD calm down.
McDonaugh was not impressing very much, and he might never pan out. Need I remind you of Josef Balij?
The Rangs probably wanted either Fischer of McD and the Habs are higher on Fischer |

GREAT TRADE!
hahahaha
cant wait to see Chara shut his ass down all season...
Here the Bruins are with a 70+ point player like David Kriejci at 3.75 mill, and the lowly Habs with a 60ish point Gomez at 7.35 mill
Amazing what a little logic does for a club
Should be an entertaining season

Well, leaving the office now, on a final note....
Habs fans, you are utterly pathetic! You whined for NOT signing Gomez in the past, you whine about your FIRST PLACE TEAM two seasons ago, you whine about one of the best young 'tenders in the game in many many years, you whine whine whine whine...get your act togeither.
YOU are the reason that players don't want to sign in Montreal. It's not Gainey, it's not management, it's not that the players underachieve...it's YOU, the horrible horrible Habs fans that are destroying your own team. I can hear you booing Gomez already and then wonder why in 3years he won't re-sign.
One thing is for sure, you should get on your knees and thank Kovalev when he re-signs after your total mistreatment of that star also...
pathetic...the lot of ya. - JLO
Dude, why don't you go take a poop, grab a knife and fork and eat your heart out?
Thank you.

I did call for Gainey to be fired, but for the simple reason of including McDo in the trade. He may pan out or he may not, but it's still a loss of a potential big D we need in the future. I do welcome the arrival of Gomez, but not a fan of his contract. People will be cheering very hard for him come September. |
