No problem. They are awesome. Indicator species for old growth forests and they play a key part by eating and spreading saprophytic fungi spores around. Saprophytic fungi form a healthy (saprophytic...the opposite of parasitic) relationship with tree roots by helping them break down nutrients easier.

i actually was thinking that.

i should've recorded it but i watched birds attack a squirrel for about 15 minutes today. the squirrel didn't even react to the dive bombs, it just kept searching through grass looking for whatever it is that squirrels are looking for when they look through grass. solid entertainment.

a squirrel has made its way into the ceiling of this 50 year old building i work in. i hear him running around above the drop ceiling.

i let maintenance know but what i really want to do is slide a tile over so he drops out and i can watch him do squirrel stuff.

thank god he wasn't in my chimney. look how cute those things are.

monument a senior class made for a squirrel that zapped himself chewing some wires but also caused 2 days of cancelled classes.
