I'm concerned when my tax dollars are being used to promote one particular religion in our publicly funded school system, where zero religions are susposed to be accommodated in any way.

Perhaps you prefer the roll with it and just keep paying higher and higher taxes and seeing more and more waste of them.

I know it's hard for you to understand, but I will dumb it down for you. People who choose to support the Catholic school system in Ontario, do so, those who do not, don't. It's a choice where to direct your taxes when it comes to school boards.

Besides, funding for the Catholic System was guaranteed in 1867 in the Constitution, and therefore part of Canadian Heritage. I guess that explains why Left Wing Progressives, like yourself, are trying to get rid of their funding.

So you want to destroy one of the founding principles of a untied Canada, so why stop with defunding the catholic school boards, lets take away Quebec's Civil Code of Quebec which replaced the Civil Code of Lower Canada enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Canada in 1865, which had been in force since July 1, 1866.
