"Conservative Pundits" are a pretty small group if you think about it, probably under 100... and they're all visible because of the entertainment value that their idiocy brings. I'm not saying all conservatives are dumb... but the loudest ones tend to be... because thoughtful, insightful discourse doesn't really make for good soundbites.

But I'd still say the conservative pundits are a special kind of stupid.

All pundits misrepresent the facts, ignore important things, make contradictions... but at least the liberal pundits aren't racist homophobes that quote the bible.

The pundits basically shout from the far extremes of their parties. And the extreme end of conservatism is a much darker place than the extreme end of liberalism.

When I was in my teens, many of us who wanted a summer job, who go into Manpower to look for work, and ended up down in Southern Ontario picking tobacco or produce.

Today most Canadian teens, born in Canada would never consider this as an option, and I doubt Service Canada even offers this as a option. It's all temporary foreign workers picking tobacco or produce.

Imagine what a tomato would cost if the minimum wage was $14.00 per hour and Canadian born teens actually took these Summer jobs.

I'll be honest though-I don't really listen to liberal pundits. They're too whiny and annoying. Conservative pundits are at least funny, in an unintentional way.

I would love to own a high end RV, and travel across the continent. However I cannot afford to buy one, or even afford the payment on a loan to finance one, therefore I don't have one.

Anyone who borrows too much money for an education or an RV, knows what they're getting into, and if they can't deal with the consequences, they have no one to blame but themselves.

If you can't afford something you want, you should not buy it.

There is no "right" to a post secondary education.

My family (3 of us) have lived on ONE income for the past 30 years. We have no Mortgage (for about the last ten years) no outstanding loans of any kind, and out child will graduate without any debt.

Yow can't have it all, you have to focus on the correct priorities.
