This and some of the top prospects take way too long to increase enough. 4 or 5 years later Mantha was still barely rated high enough to crack the 4th line of my AHL team. McDavid also took a while to get up enough to make my NHL roster.

Also the goalies blow in this game. No matter what goalie I have they always have sub .900 save percentages and I score 10+ goals per game while allowing 15 shots or less per game.

I also don't like the 5 fights limit per game it annoys me...same with the losing power for wrestling/grappling in fights as the computer seems to only do that instead of throwing fists.

I also wish they would allow to turn off the replays and always showing the goalie after the whistles when he made a save...all that crap is a giant waste of time. Also enough with the glass breaking shots once in a while I might be able to live with but when it happens 3 or 4 times in a game it gets pretty annoying.

They should stop wasting time on crap that doesn't matter and actually fix the gameplay. Slow defenseman skating backwards skating as fast as the fastest forward skating forward

They've tried to be too realistic so they have lost all their old school arcadey fun, but then you have poop like not being able to outskate people with your fastest players so it even fails at being properly realistic.

In a lot of their attempts to make the game more realistic, they just made it more awkward. Breaking sticks/glass, awkward contact physics then send you bouncing around all over, hitting engines that don't work, skating engines that make turning and stopping a chore, etc.

But yet there is still busted ass AI and OP poop like stick-check spam. Also, its been like 6 years with the "skill stick" and player sticks are still able to go through shin pads as if they didn't exist during manual dekes.

It makes setting up offensive plays stupidly easy unless everyone goes around waving their sticks like morons on D. Also clean shots from good scoring areas almost never go in. How small is your Richard that you get so worked up by a blog written for fans of a team, that suggests a player might sign with their team . If Bob (frank)in Mckenzie were to say CGY has a shot, would you feel better? Would it make a difference if he didn't decide to sign with us, NO? There's been rumours of him going to CGY for months, and yes most of that has to do with JG and BA, but how is that any less of a legitimate reason to sign, then "hometown" or "lack of depth at RW". The "sources" you speak of often have their own bias, and there is now way to know if their "lists" are anything more than some bullpoop list they cooked up on word. At the end of the day we'll know where he signs, until then shut up!

You know what, now that I think about it. I'm screwing it up. You're right, Not sure what the exact numbers are, but the cap geek calculator basically removes the cap hits when placing players on LTIR. That is technically wrong. So my previous post about the Flyers Upper Limit is wrong. I confused myself.

Technically, placing Pronger and White on LTIR gets them Cap compliant, and they're Upper Limit is $74,461,429.
