I've got the ones they released in Sweden in '09 for the trilogy (one in May, September, November) but haven't watched but the first 10 minutes of the first one. Even from that you can see absolutely how much of the detail and story gets rushed over. It's not bad (so far that is) but it just feels rushed. The books are great reads though, and the backstory of the author who wrote the books is pretty interesting in and of itself. Wiki "Steig Larsson" and take a look. Pretty interesting guy who didn't ever seem to expect what he got with the books...
Can't wait to see how the US version of the movies can butcher the story though. Already a lot of people worrying about it apparently...
