I was reading the Road earlier in the summer but it took a back seat to this:
I got to interview the author for my website, it was pretty cool and the book is awesome even if you know a lot about hockey
Anyway, back to The Road now and it's really starting to piss me off. Here's a summary of the first 250 pages of the book (it's about 280 pages so we'll see how the rest goes:
Father: We have to go search this house, we don't have any food.
Kid: I'm scared papa! I don't wanna go papa!
Father: No, we have to go! We're hungry!
Kid: I'm not hungry.
Father: Yes you are.
Kid: Okay.
It's seriously been like this over and over for the past 250 pages.
