No, I don't find her that hot. She looks retarded and possibly indian or something.
She's no Gillian Anderson. |

Gillian Anderson is like a slightly more attractive version of JK Rowling. |

No its because their beauty is too much for many men.

It definitely can. It's been referenced several times that the Enterprise can lay total waste to a planet (and that's the first Enterprise). The Enterprise D has been shown effortlessly drilling massive holes into a planet with its phasers, only stopping because the intent wasn't to destroy the planet but release pressure.
The Enterprise produces huge amounts of power. And it has shields.
I really (frank)ing hope kicksave is reading that and going "what a bunch of queers" otherwise none of this is worth it. - Pikey
Sorry, since when do star wars ships not have sheilds?
Hell, even tiny droids have their own shield generators. |

yup, and the only imperial ships that dont have shields are tie fighters and interceptors... maybe bombers. and that's just because they're piloted by replaceable clones. |

I thought by the time of the Galactic Civil War clones had almost entirely been phased out (exception being Vader's 501st)? Either way, I doubt Palpatine found anybody particularly non-expendable. |

I thought I read that they still used clones, but from different sources, ot just the one type. I could be wrong though.

I'm going off that old XBox game, Battlefront II. On a related note, if my memory of TIE Fighter (fantastic game) is correct, TIE Interceptors did have shields. TIE Fighters, of course, had no such luxury. No shields, no hyperdrive, probably not even anti-lock brakes.
EDIT: According to wookiepedia, shields are optional on the Interceptor. No OnStar, though. |

yea, only vader's tie, and the tie defenders were built standard with shields. |

I think If pikey were here he'd say that the last two Star Trek films were the best in the series, capturing the true essence of Rodenberry's vision. |
