Nathan Horton will miss his third straight game tonight because of a concussion. Horton has yet to begin off-ice workouts because of his symptoms, which include headaches.

Horton suffered the concussion 11 days ago against Philadelphia. Given that his symptoms have yet to wane, it’s likely that Horton won’t be available to play until next week at the earliest.

* While Adam McQuaid will be a game-time decision tonight, Claude Julien is optimistic the defenseman will be in the lineup.

Although Pouliot hasn't scored in a while and will never be a consistant offensive guy, we are getting the $1m in effort alone. He is one of the only guys who has showed up every night during the stagnation. His size can be used on that line with Horton out. Krejci looks like he lost a bit of edge or strengh this year, being pushed around a bit. Need to insulate him with bigger bodies.

find he's been good, fast as usual but needs to simplify things a bit lately. That line is a cycle, keep away line where the big guys control the puck, dish to Ute and he finds them around the net.

Poo's been the complete opposite of what I expected when he came in, all heart questionable skills. He's got a better motor and better wheels than Horton, but worse hands, I think he'd do well on the forecheck with that line.

I like the Pevs/Kelly combo too. Balances out the lines a little more IMO.
