i really have a problem with the logic of non fighters not having to fight. it is part of the game. if he's going to play on edge he's going to have to answer the bell. otherwise don't seek retribution through illegal hits or taper down the physical / questionable play. - salvadorsanchez
I don't care if you have a problem with the logic. Malone made a questionable hit on him so he did the same end of story. This is hockey not UFC people don't have to fight every time someone gets hit. I could see if he goes around running his mouth and is considered a dirty player but this case i think he was provoked and that is why he made that hit.

ah ok. so because he was upset it is ok to take a cheap shot on a guy without the puck.
hmmn
i'm not saying every time he hits someone he has to fight, hell he drilled krecji with a clean hit and that was ok. when you drill thornton from behind, take out st. louis knee, make a dangerous hit on an unsuspecting player without the puck and play on edge he should have to back it up. otherwise play clean and less aggressive. don't cheap shot because you are upset you got drilled (with the ref 5 feet away).

I wish we'd get our sh!t together so I could laugh harder at the Leafs.
They just lost to Chicago - bruinsbeer69
Oduya fitting in quite nicely on a team wanting to make a playoff push. Intensity, speed, physical, good decision-making, crisp and accurate passes, playoff-ready. Great game.

I don't mind Oduya's game at all but we didn't have a 2nd to make it happen.
