"Thornton would have been an unrestricted free agent on July 1. Chris Kelly, Gregory Campbell, Daniel Paille, and Joe Corvo are scheduled to reach UFA status at year's end. Corvo will not be re-signed."

Doesn't take rocket appliances to figure that out.

Kelly will get overpaid because retard GM's will look at his 17 goals on July 1st and get a hard on. I wouldn't mind Peverley moving to center on that third line for good if Kelly splits.

Sent you the link to my pilot to your FB account,

The pilot, which, if it gets picked up, will be funding the Bruins Cave

My producer just sold a show to Bravo about a chick who owns a T-shirt shop in Oklahoma.

Again, Radiology is still paying the bills, but this is a side project I put together for sh!ts and giggles. I want feedback. But I don't want it posted in here. I figure if a guy is lying about rumors on here, he'd have no problem, stealing a TV concept that hasn't been pitched yet.

19. We might again see Vancouver Canucks GM Mike Gillis' proposal to penalize a player who makes a hand pass in his own zone. NHL hockey operations was asked to work on the language of such a rule and determine if there are any plays where it shouldn't be two minutes.

WTF? It would go from being the only acceptable place on the ice to do it, to being a 2 minute minor?

Wow ... how is this any different from Marchand on Salo, Kesler is skating towards him and drops down initiating the hit. Unreal, I suspect not even a whiff of supplementary discipline.

Conklin on re-entry. Probably a better option than Turco, kind of a dirtbag move to claim him, but wouldn't hurt.

yeah that's dirty.

not sure if Kesler has a history though but yeah pretty much the same play as Marchand although Marchand had the aggravating factor of having tangled with salo a few seconds before.

should be a suspension though that's dangerous.

* Peverley will join the team on the trip. Peverley will most likely need at least one full-contact practice before he's ready for game action.

* Nathan Horton will not travel to California. Horton continues to go through off-ice workouts.

Good news! It'll be interesting to see who the odd man out is with Caron, Poo and Rolston all playing pretty good hockey right now. Funny to say given how sh!tty the team has looked the last while.

I remember Don Cherry saying once the toughest thing about going on the road was wiping the smile off your face when you say goodbye to the wife...
