Most likely? Seems like irresponsible reporting to me. Either he's suffering from concussion symptoms or he isn't.

Honestly, who the (frank) cares what his political views are? If it were a Republican government I'd guess its 50/50 if Ference would show up and I doubt there would be any outrage.
