Halak is a good goalie. Price is pretty good albiet struggling. Hard to say whats what there quite yet. Him not mentioning it while Halak struggled with injury doesn't surprise me because he's a media member. they are generally douchebags.

Funny because Halak apologists last year were saying that Price had a better team in front of him...I guess it only works one way...

EDIT: Anyway, I just find it ridiculous that there is still a debate on that. I liked both goalies, but they had to move one. One was a pending RFA with arbitration rights 9th round pick, and the other was a much cheaper RFA 5th pick overall. They needed the money to re-sign Plekanec, and Halak would have had much more money here with the taxes and all.

Elloitt's play leads me to believe the system has something to do with it. But it's also cute how fast Habs fans turned on Halak just because he was traded. You guys don't sniff the east finals without him. I don't care who was in goal, Price, whoever, the guy was on another level.

Being a good goalie depends so much on being on a good team. Obviously. They're both good, Both maybe great. Price may actually be too calm for his own good, but he's excellent.
