Can't believe Im saying this but who'd we replace Carle with?
...I feel dirty.... - aosplayo
The UFA pool of blue liners looks quite promising. Detroit will land one, moving Carle brings one into Philly too.
At this point I'd rather pass on Stamkos and Richards. Fill in the forward holes with guy like Laich and Max Talbot. I think moving Versteeg is an issue right now with the recent trades.

Dreger says cats out of the bag.
Winnipeg Jets - Jsaquella
Question: Why isn't it on TSN? I believe him, he's one of the best, but then why isn't it updated yet?
I already made the Jets and filled them in on NHL11, so they can't change it to anything else.

Hearing Carle or Versteeg plus 8 overall to Avs for their 2nd overall. Thanks to @AndrewKnollNHL embedded at draft for this 1.
Might not be Bob, but still pulling a George and Weezy - Jsaquella

You would "pass on stamkos?" Thats the most ridiculous statement ever. If you have an opportunity to get him, you do it. It's that simple. There is no "passing" on Stamkos.

At a fairly hefty bump in price, though, for quality.
Bieksa, Kevin » D VAN 30 $3,750,000 2011 (UFA)
Rivet, Craig » D CLB 36 $3,500,000 2011 (UFA)
Salo, Sami » D VAN 36 $3,500,000 2011 (UFA)
Wisniewski, James » D MTL 27 $3,250,000 2011 (UFA)
Ehrhoff, Christian » D VAN 28 $3,100,000 2011 (UFA)
White, Ian » D SAN 27 $2,999,995 2011 (UFA) - Number23
If they get Salo, at least Gusty and Bart will get a lot of games, he is fragile.
Love Bieksa's toughness, and Wiz's righthanded shot.

I'm joking buddy! Easy. I meant I'm sure Schenn would rather play in Philly because he will be in the NHL.
I thought I read somewhere recently that Saskatoon had the highest violent crime rate per population in Canada. Is that true? - PLindbergh31
Uhhh I'm sure it's not. There'd be news on a death here in Saskatoon being a mediocre-sized city. I haven't recently read anything... i'd think Edmonton, Vancouver & Montreal are higher for obvious reasons...

I'd agree, but those guys are (frank)ing liars.
Also, they have the cap room now to sign a couple UFA defensemen - Jsaquella
I believe them when they lay out their basic plan for the off-season, as opposed to an off-the-cuff response to a question from a reporter about a certain player.
