That's the unusual convention.
So I'm looking at some kijjijijij ads for comics and people are (frank)ing nuts.
"Selling collection of comics, asking $4000" seems to be a common theme. Man people really have no sense of value. Unless you have a rare comic here's how much your collection is worth in dollars: 0. |

Are you familiar with the Star Wars comics that maybe came out in the 70's? That date might be wrong, but I don't know.
I just know that I have some unopened Star Wars comics which I think are a few of the first released from when I was young.
Any idea on the worth of these? |

I actually don't buy/follow/know anything about Star Wars comics (shockingly). I was never into them so I don't really know what's rare and not rare. Also because they're Star Wars comics your market would actually be Star Wars geeks not comic book geeks (some overlap there I admit) so I'm not sure what makes a Star Wars comic valuable.
Usually first issues of long out of print successful comics, first appearances of now famous characters, little known comics that are turned into movies and comics that only have two or three remaining intact copies are the only comics that are worth anything.
Overstreet is the authority generally for comics pricing. |

I believe the Supreme Court of Ontario actually did decide whore houses are legal and gave the government some amount of time to either change legislation (which it can't really do since it was a charter challenge) or come up with something else. I believe their time is running out shortly.
And true. |

I live just across the boarder from Ontario. I used to go there all of the time to visit the strip clubs right in Fort Erie when I was 18 when they were actual strip clubs.
Nowadays if you go to Lundy's Lane in Fort Erie, they are not even strip clubs anymore. They are brothels and the girls proposition you as soon as you walk in the door. Not to mention what is offered next door to the clubs.
It is unbelievable, and I ain't no John. |

Check to see if the price stamp on the cover is 35 cents, and if the price is in a square (not a diamond) This is a rare variant of Star Wars #1 which would be worth hundreds of dollars
If it's 30 cents, or 35 cents in a diamond, then it's just the normal edition, and based on your description of the condition, it won't be worth more than $20 no matter where you sell it.
