i paid ek (i think it was 5 or 9 dollars) once when it was a blogspot site during the lockout, before i knew ek was going to turn into some fraud guy trying to pass off poop rumors. they renewed the sth thing without another cent from me for years until i asked them to stop because it was embarrassing that people thought i was paying them.
