It's definitely possible, but given what they've done with the MLB this year I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if they were similar

The funding from the ISFA would involve extending bonds of the existing 2% hotel tax.

That above is the part I don't understand.

The other 2.4B comes from the Bears and the NFL. 1.5B in infrastructure is on the city but they'll gain new tax revenue on their plan and Hotel revenue.

The hotel already exist and will easily handle the public funds. The IFSA has been around since 1987 and already been used to fund Comisky. The Bears and the city will both benefit from usage revenue.

It will actually be a better deal for the Bears than what they have currently and the City will get the benefits of major events.

As I understand its a good deal for everyone involved. Actually will increase lake front park acreage.

But as with any of these deals, going to have to wait for the full details.

Warren has done this before in minnesota so i think he has a handle of how to get this done without burdening the tax payers.

its like they have no idea that these cases are verified by independent doctors and each use of LTIR must be approved in advance and is continued to be monitored.
