To Min: Spezza, Alfredsson
Still might have to make some adjustments, but yeah, it's a starting point. |

All Ottawa fans are going to say No because they don't think they need goaltending.
They believe (some 100%) that Lehner will definately be a full time starter soon enough |

Even though they are 30th in GAs, fans don't have to agree what the GM's do, and if I was Bryan Murray I would do this. |

I think it benefits both teams greatly, Min can recreate one of the best lines in the post lock-out era, and Ottawa gets a proven goalie, a great player in Koivu who they can build around, and a 1st rounder. |

To NYI: Franson, Holtzer, 2012 2nd
To TOR: Niedierreiter, 2012 1st
Franson showed that he can be a two way 2-4 defenseman on a defensively stacked Nashville Preds. Holtzer is a stay at home shut-down d man who can play on the second or third pairing. Nieds still hasn't shown much but has the ability to be a top line PF, but because he is unproven we bring in the 2012 first and send back the 2012 second. - optimus-reim |

Columbus: Rick Nash for Eberle, Cory Schneider, WPG 1 Round
(rebuild, future franchise forward, top pick in draft and depth in goal)
Vancouver: Kevin Bieksa, Cory Schneider for Alfredsson
(swede connection, veteran forward. Mike Gillis makes his boldest move yet, showing they have to win the cup this year)
Oilers: Eberle for Enstrom, Runblad
(solidify the backend prospects, potter and gilbert won't be top dmen forever)
Florida Panthers: Weiss for Little
(sounds about right, florida wants to revamp its roster, get rid of the old, done weird trades in the past like this)
Winnipeg Jets: Enstrom, Little, WPG 1 Round for Rick Nash
(change of scenery, the franchise forward they have needed since the departure of Kovalchuk and Hossa in atlanta days)
Ottawa Senators: Runblad, Alfredsson for Weiss, Bieksa
(finally solidify the center position behind spezza, honor alfredsson request to be traded to a contender once they fall out of contention. Bieksa comes closer to his family in ontario) |

No reason for Florida or Ottawa to do this trade.
Ottawa has Zibanejad pencilled in behind Spezza for next year, and they would never justify giving up Rundblad and Alfreddson for those 2.
Florida has no reason to make this trade and Weiss has more value than Little at the moment.
Other than that, the trades really help out the other 3 teams. |

I assume you're trying to trade gretzky away to get me.
you'd be the clear winner in that deal. Or for prock.
With Yancy, you'd be just as bad. |

To SJS: Ovechkin
To WSH: Havlat, Clowe, Taylor Doherty (top prospect according to hockeys future) 2012 1st rd pick, 2013 1st rd pick, 2014 1st rd pick.
Both teams need a shake up plus Ovechkin with Thornton could be amazing, and Wsh is set with picks and Havlat and Clowe are pretty good too. |
