2008 was one of the best years we ever had.

peoples pensions shrank, yeah, but our population and investment in Sask exploded because everything had been super cheap for decades and we had been mostly forgotten about.
During Harper's time as PM, our GDP in Sask jumped from 63.4 billion to 79.5 billion. (Spiked up to over $69 billion in 2008 before cooling down for one year and beginning a steady climb)

We've been in a slow decline since he left office.

The population of Saskatoon is about 50% higher today than it was in the year he first became PM.

Obviously this isn't to say this was all due to him, because it clearly isn't, but his time in office was easily the most substantial growth Saskatchewan had seen since before the 1930's.

Oh yeah, it helped a little, but man times were real good for once. They're better now than they were before that happened.

his face, unprecedented corruption (including shutting down parliament to prevent a vote of non confidence), the silencing of scientists for political gain (largely climate related), absolute mishandling of the census leaving a gap in information, next level crony capitalism, the 2010 g20 debacle, his face, loosened food regulations, those poopty expensive jets, general conservative social program (frank)ery, and his face
