cutting hole in the wall (inside the closet) because i didn't like the way the condensation drain was installed. it had a slight uphill pitch to it, which is obviously wrong. so they are giving themselves a little more room to work with and with those few extra inches they'll be able to install it with a downhill pitch. the pvc elbow was right up against the wall. real poopty install from whoever put it in.

quick fix this time. he's already gone. the pipe runs downhill now and he put a little buzzer on the floor so that even if it did leak and even if it did somehow defeat the shutoff valve, it will sound a loud alarm that will let me know to turn the AC off and check it out.
