i went way back with stern so i was already interested in the "characters".
when O&A showed up on radio around here i got into it.
for a while we had stern in the morning and O&A in the afternoon on the same station. that was pretty good. - kicksave856

i remember this one time Breuer was on with O&A and they reminisced about growing up on Long Island. i was in tears at work listening to it. i recently found it on YouTube and it's still funny.

those were the days.
was that the story where breuer said "nice head, dick?", cause i'm trying to remember the context he used it in. to this day when i see someone with a bad haircut, or say a deformity like the elephant man, i say "nice head, dick".

the show hasnt been the same since Billy West left, the marge schott, larry fine from the 3 stooges and leona helmsley bits are radio gold, then the show really dropped down when jackie the jokeman left
