I dont think Deebo has a future with this team, but if we're talking about playing rolston, and pandolfo (when they arent injured) over any kid from Bport, i was saying i'd go with a young hungry kid.

I think that whole thing with Howie making that comment about pitchers and catchers on air was priceless and I'm glad it happened. He said what everyone else was thinking.

Obviously I wouldn't say I'd prefer anyone over Howie, because this is the Islanders and who knows who they'd dig up out of the bargain bin as a replacement. But I'd be happy with a competent replacement. Since the Isles like to copy the Mets, Maybe we can do what they did and replace Howie on the TV broadcast with Gary Cohen

The question was..........does bport have a winger to replace the injured Ulstrom. Ulstrom, was called up to replace the injured Pandolfo....thats where that came into play. I simply said Deebo, because he plays top minutes in bport and is a fiesty winger. I didnt say I was buying his jersey.

Yeah but dont ever forget that Butchie was a hell of a player. He was goofing around with Jiggs last night rocking his stanley cup ring in the post game. I believe DiBennedeto is injured again. It's probably going to come down to who is still around. The AHL break started on Sunday, and I assume most of the players went home. Whoever it is will not have skated since Sunday.

Truth be told, anyone is better than Joe Michelletti. When he went to the Strangers to replace JD, I couldnt believe we ended up with Jaffe and they got Michelletti.
