Thomas has the trophies and continues to stand out; even though he is rapidly approaching the age of 40.

No other goalie has been as consistent as Lundqvist since 2005. Thomas came out of nowhere in 2009 and has been unreal ever since. It all depends on how you look at it.

ok King Henrik is an amazing goaltender hands down. The Rangers are screwed if Henrik goes down. Biron will not hold his own for long (except against the Isles). I will say this though one thing about the King is that if you score on him early in a game you probably will win. He seems to get shaky after he gives up an early goal.

As for the best goaltender in the world? I dont know I am sure there is another goalie out there on this earth who is better then him. Maybe he is in Siberia or maybe the far fetch places of the planet but Ia ms ure someone is better then him

I'm looking forward to tonight. It should be a spirited and energetic game. Should be a good aptmosphere in the building. I'm a bit disappointed that Nilsson was recalled instead of Poulin. I know the Isles need to showcase Nabokov, but I really would have loved to have seen Poulin get the nod in this game. It would have been great to see how he plays in the anticipated environment that will be in place tonight.
