When it comes to media following the Flyers, thank God for Bill. - Marc D
Imagine the coverage and true insight we could get from Bill if he was able to devote to covering the team full time.

That would be great. I'm very happy he writes his blog here daily. |

Vancouver and Chicago rematch at some point in the playoffs this year you think?
Would love to see it. - flyer_nutter
Fer sure. The rivalry with San Jose has been getting nastier the past two seasons and there is no love loss between LA and VanCity either, but the Hawks are still enemy No. 1 in the West. |

Seravelli on DNL saying that the Flyers were surprised by Bryzgalovs personality and that they should have done their due diligence.
is he serious with this poop?
- MBFlyerfan
Uh, quite a few of us knew that he was a bit of a screwball before he was traded for. Does Frank really think that the Flyers had no idea? It's obvious he had no idea. |

No one was surprised about his personality. I think they even talked about it at the time. |

Just checked out the projected All-Star Game line up. I know many are going to jump in as quickly to say they hate it as they do to say how poop Bryz was whenever he started, please save it. I get it. Anyways, I couldn't help but noticed that NHL.com expects James Neal to make it over Scott Hartnell. I've never disappointed in this. Hartnell is healthy and has one more point. Neal has one less point and is injured. The NHL loves those Penguins. |

Never been to philly but I wont lie, even for an outsider, the media seems rediculous. Looking back at how the carter/richards era was handled to Bryzgalov now.
It just looks like a bunch of paparazi guys who you would expect to see writing for tabloid magazines. I would have a hard enough time giving these retards access to talk to players if I was Flyers management. - flyer_nutter
It almost makes one wish the Inquirer and Daily News would merge already so at least there'd be fewer substandard writers paid to follow the team. |

Isn't it done by fan voting? Or is that just the starters? |

I'm doing my part by not buying either...last copy I bought was the day after the Phillies won the World Series. |

After fan voting, I believe the league fills in the blanks. I could be wrong. I guess only a couple of guys in the top 10 scoring of the league were voted in. |

You're right. It's after. I had no clue, because like you said I don't care, so I had to look it up.
The task was simple -- choose the most deserving five goaltenders, 10 defensemen, 21 forwards and 12 rookies to join the six players selected in fan balloting: Boston goalie Tim Thomas, Toronto defenseman Dion Phaneuf and the Ottawa contingent of defenseman Erik Karlsson and forwards Daniel Alfredsson, Jason Spezza and Milan Michalek.

Dave Lozo was involved, so you know that it's going to end up wrong. He picked the Habs to come out of the East |
