I guess it is always fun to try to stir the pot and get a hate on for Alfie and the Sens, but if the game were in Buffalo and your soon to retire captain of 10 years or so was once again playing well (I think 17 points in last 12 games or so and a plus 1,000 game and point player to boot) I don't think anyone would have a problem with seeing that Sabres captain on the team.

Maybe you are a little bothered by the situation with your team currently, but if you follow All-Star games of late, the first line (i.e. just over 10% of players) are voted by fans to give the fans a role and interest in a nothing game. Everyone seems to know what the game is and how it is done other than yourself.

Would I like to see Vanek on the team as well? Probably yes, but to turn it into a hate on Alfie is a little silly.

Yes, if you posses a Pit Bull, Stafforshire Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier in the province of Ontario the will come take it from you and kill it Nazi Gestapo style. You also will face criminal charges, of which you are guilty until proven innocent.

no offense but, what has Alfie ever won,has he ever led his team to stanley cup glory...at least someone like selanne has the hardware

pretty typical garthlund blog...alfredsons 33 points in 38 games have been a real afterthought this year

if your going to complain, then complain more about some of the other players picked over vanek...id have vanek at the ASG over someone like Kane this year..

calder trophy...one of the leaders on the swedish team to olympic gold...its not like he has done NOTHING in his career...pretty stupid comment...selanne would have been at the game this year but declined...

Even if they aren't a "Pit Bull" but have bully breed type looks, they will seize & murder the dog. There are many breeds of dogs that aren't Pit Bulls but resemble Pit Bulls. It's sad that people are so short sighted & uneducated about the breed.

Only one of these dogs falls under the Ontario Pit Bull Ban but most of these dogs would be seized & killed there.
