Although Drury was my favorite player "he had heart" at the time look at how much he was paid! He was on a downhill slope after that year. As for Briere it hurt... A LOT! But that was during the Gallisano era. I have to believe that pegula would have tried and signed both of them...

I didn't mean to offend... If your a active reader here I'm sure you have heard that word used often with Roy. But once again sorry if it offended you. I've never heard it used with Roy. but I've often be somewhat accupied with the shortcomings of my own team. And thats okay man, I've heard worse, but I do think that as speech is one of the few things we have that is free, we should be as eloquent as we can with it.... Not a troll, and I can definitely understand a figure of speech. I do think however that we can be smarter with the words that we choose in every day life.

Nice game guys. Leafs had a lot of chances that they didn't capitalize on and no PP goals, which you need in these types of situations to get back into games - too much passing. Sabres on the other hand took advantage when this turnover machine of a team made mistakes.

I've dealt with 4 deaths of loved ones as the result of cancer, and I'm in college.

It is not offensive to me AT ALL to use the word "cancer" to describe Roy.
