tough break for jvr. perhaps he should take care of his hip issue now as well, and hopefully he can come back for the post season. - hammarby31
was wondering the same thing. wondering what kind of baseline he'd have to make to a) go under anesthesia and b) be able to rehab. maybe he'd have to reach the latter before even considering anything. |

He's the perfect compliment to Lundqvist. As a starter playing 50+ is where he gets exposed. He's a really slight guy who wears down with a big workload. - PLindbergh31
Yeah, but he did his job in a platoon system

Hey man.
He did make some good stops, but you slice it this way 3 goals on 22 shots? Rinne 2 goals on 38 shots?
I know some were screens & yada yada, but Bob just looks a lot quicker - puckhead17

This is no different from other players coping with injuries. Such as Hartnell, JVR, and now Jagr. If Jagr says he's well enough to play, you let him play. And you let him play through it.

That be me sir |
|
|
|
why? - JoeRussomanno
Because I despise the Bruins. Team full of absolute douchebags. |
|
|

What was Laviolette thinking on the PP? On the first PP, the team did a great job of passing the puck around but they did zip to get anyone in front of Renne.
Then is even the point to having Simmonds and Hartnell out there together on the second unit? |

well the past few he showed that he needs more time to deal with his injury. sometimes if you let the injury heal it works out better in the long run |
