Carle has elevated his game this year in the absence of Pronger. Last year, when Pronger was out, Carle's numbers were better without Pronger, then with him. Carle wouldn't be leading all Flyers defenseman in icetime if he was struggling without Pronger.

Not only would he bring some stability and toughness to the D he would also maybe give his younger brother a better chance of making it. Brayden could use a boost and Luke could be the key.

I'm on board with acquiring Schenn if the Flyers think he is the right peice.
