Remember when Roy got injured last year and they turned the whole ship around? Send him out for a bag of puck and not Pommer try his hand at centre. He is getting alot better at faceoffs

A simple outsiders opinion to what would make the Sabres turn it around quickly, coupled with a coaching change. The team needs a leader, one that is a sparkplug that brings it every shift. The guy needs to have some talent but doesn't need to be some kind of star. You could probably use two of them and it would do a whole hell of a lot to wake up the rest of the team.
