Thanks, it clears a lot of confusion up for me, because I had last seen all Flyers were playing as normal except Rinaldo. And when I see the word scratch, Brayden Schennjust comes to mind. Though the word healthy should have alerted me I had the wrong Schenn in mind.

attention bob lovers and bryz haters, first we need to cheer for both because despite who is in we need to win.

facts are bryz is here to stay and wont be going anywhere, he will work out his kinks and find his game and everyone will be happy

bob will continue to pad his stats against weak teams to build his trade value and will either be traded at the deadline or in the offseason, there is no way resign him with the money we need next season to keep it together.

bobs value-id say is a late 1st round pick or early second.

Okay, I can somewhat agree with the premise of not necessarily rewarding the back-up goalie every time he plays well.

But I can't get behind the idea of just continually throwing Bryz out there just because he's the supposed "starter". We're more than halfway through the season and Bob has been the better goalie. Will that continue? No clue. But I believe the hot hand should be played from here on out. Hopefully Bryz can find some magic.

Yup. It can't go on forever. Byrz has to start playing better or changes will need to be made. It seems like the theory is that the steady workload will be the catalyst for getting him back on his game. So I think they want to try that, either to get him playing well, or prove it won't work. But I agree, if they give Bryz 10 of the next 12, or 14 out of the next 17, or something like that and he's no better, then it's time to go with Bob. But I think they feel like they have to do whatever they can to try to turn Bryz around.
