Oh yes, how could I forget the Leafs domination of the regular season last year.

Here's a question. If you're not going to make the playoffs, would you rather finish 9th, or 15th?

That being said, I guess your answer would be 9th, seeing as you never have your first round picks.

What a joke.

Dude, that is not possible... unless it is CGI.

Even then, how coul someone imagine or emulate someone running gayer than Steven Segal?

- GoneFullRetard

Go and grab the torrent and try to watch it. I don't know what it is about his running, but it's (frank)ing bizarre. (frank) it's such a bad movie.

Dion was there? haha..

Dion made a horrible pinch in (but it wasn't horrible because his intent was never to get the puck) and then kept hitting Folgino until Foligno finally said, 'let's go'.

Watch this replay.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNbdw_ezJ7E

Start at the 1:04 mark.

If that's just a regular pinch-in, that's the worst pinch I've seen in a long time. Dion didn't even look at the puck.

I dont get how peope can say the Leafs dominated the game. They had nothing and got completely forced to the perimeter until the Lombardi goal then things loosened up. Toronto had nothing going for them in the 3rd. Tomorrow's gonna be tough. F***ing hate losing to Ottawa.

What is your real name? Bob McKenzie? Steve Simmonds? Damien Cox?

Why is it that people outside the game want so badly to change the game? Those idiots make their living off hockey but think they know better than the people running the game. It's like the parasite running the host.

- stevecarpetman

I don't want to change the game.

I don't care that he fought. Just like what Mclean said after the game. It was a dirty hit and Phaneuf had every right to challenge him. But McLean will take that trade-off all day long.

I'm not calling out Phanuef for fighting; I'm calling him out for being selfish and a bad captain. He's taking himself, the Leaf's best Dman, out of the game for 7 mins because he's angry. It's selfish. That's all there is to it.

No, a real joke is you feeling the need to troll here this morning.

What are you lacking in your life that causes this?

Are you still butt-hurt that the Leafs beat the Sens 4x in a row in the playoffs? or still smarting over how bad you were last year...

or maybe just a little scared because you know, as well as everyone else in the hockey world, that the Sens are going to come crashing back to reality sooner or later.

Who the (frank) is saying that?

Although, if the rumoured Jason Blake trade ends up going through, you might have to pencil us in there...

holy poop, I thought you were brighter than this.

Gardiner was taken out of the lineup 3 weeks ago, sat for 6 straight games. The ONLY reason he got back in the lineup is because the PP and overall puck carrying has suffered since Liles has been injured, WHY? because nobody else can carry the puck either. If Liles as not injured, Gardiner would be in the AHL.

I'm not a Schenn apologist by any means. I love the way he hits, really want him to reach his potential, but I hate his inconsistencies.

- Big_Lightnin

Liles wasnt' injured and Gardiner was in the line up. Now, that was because wilson foolishly sat Franson....if all our D is healthy....Aullie would be down in the AHL, Gardiner might be the 7th only because Wilson wont sit Schenn or Komi even they deserve to be on most nights.
I agree Gardiners needs time in the AHL...but by the same token...so does Schenn. But they've both been rushed, Gardiner has falling off a bit...and Schenn has jumped off.
It's great that he hits...but his hits dont ever affect the outcome of the game...never...sometimes it barely knocks the guy off the puck.....that type of hitting...is inconsequencial.

Schenn needs to make his hit counts, like tatooing the basterds who park themselves in front of our net.

As I said. I believe he did it for the team season not the game. Why do you think Burke was so fired up in his box, because that's what his team needs to see.

McLean was right it was a good trade off for them, and it may have changed momentum, but I don't believe in any way, shape or form that Dion was being selfish. The more I see this kid play the more respect I have for him. I hope he retires a Leaf because he is a leader!

Yes, Gardiner was in the lineup, not playing well enough, and was taken out. See, that's how this works. A player starts hot cause he has some skill, then his deficiencies start to get exposed and cost the team, so he's taken out of the lineup.

And the only time I've mentioned Schenn at all is in response to you bringing him up. I'm talking about Gardiner. Go argue with Angee about Schenn, cause we seem to have relatively the same opinion of Gardiner, you just want Schenn gone instead.

This.

Schenn had 3 huge hits last night, all on Condra. Yippee, WTF did Condra do. Only time we heard his name was when Schenn hit him. Mind you, that's the matchup Wilson was playing, don't think Schenn was every out against Spezza/Foligno...
