I don't have any ill will towards an inexperienced driver, its why they call them accidents, it just cost me my career and you can imagine how bad that was, but an oil truck, going through two red lights driven by a "professional" that's effed up. I'd be suing the balls off them

Dad realized what was happening and gunned it, so the guy hit him just behind the driver's door and it was a land whale of a car, so although he looked like he had a bad head injury, he was pretty ok considering (bruised kidney and 7 broken ribs on top of the head lac). Of course, he complained that he spent thousands on a helicopter ride and didn't get to look out the window. (That's my dad!)
