That series ended up with the Flyers winning behind Boosh's great play.. still not sure how they were dead.. - jak521

I think saying "if it were me"is key in all of these debates. Too often people look at other people's comments as this is the right way, your way is the wrong way, when it's really, "I see what you mean, but this is how I would do it". - funmaster18
I have already said numerous times that I dont have a problem with Bob playing tonight. Just that I would prefer the other way. I dont think either way is wrong. if Lava went with Bryz tonight and Bob back to back.. then I would say I think its the wrong move. |

If it were me, I'd play him games 1 and 3. - jak521
With there being 3 games in 4 days, they have to play both. Everyone agrees on that. If it were me, I'd play who I felt was playing better Hockey against the better teams. But in listening to Laviolette, and what he seems to think, Bibrovsky goes tonight, and Bryz in both on the weekend. We'll find out what Laviolette really feels. |

I believe the term that you are looking for is "couldn't care less". And yes, Lavy does make bad goalie decisions on choosing when or who should play. - Flyer_Nation71
I dont think he necessarily makes "bad" decisions.. but certainly questionable ones. He plays the guy who has good games. I dont always agree with it, but ultimately a win is a win. |

Yes. He relieved Boosh in game 4 and played in period 1 of game 5 (both in the Buffalo series) giving up 3 goals on 8 or 9 shots, |

Yea, either way it is hugely important to get points this weekend. Secondary to that, we need both goalies playing strong from here on out... and hopefully Bryz playing like a true number one (both himself and getting the starts). |

I was just saying I like the way you explain yourself as it being your opinion and the way you would do it and not saying that other people are wrong. |

FWIW, Bryz out early working on puck handling, Rinaldo back on ice, still day to day. |

Perhaps when folks say "I could care less", it's a clever way of saying, "I could care less, but it's not worth the effort." Metahumor or poor grammar? |

if bob plays tonight its obvious there trying to pad his stats for a higher trade value, bryz is supposed to be the horse, had his best game in weeks against the wild.
i like lavvy but his goalie handling skills have been utterly disasterious - mydoglicks
agree completely. disasterious doesn't even begin to describe it. |

That's your response?
Team A is losing 5-1 with 5:34 left in regulation and decides to pull the goalie for an extra forward. They end up losing 8-1.
During the press conference:
Reporter: "Coach, what was your reasoning behind pulling your goalie so early in a game that was certainly going to be a loss?"
Coach: "I made a judgement call, No coach is perfect".
